When nobody's watching, the license is what you've got
Across much of this service area, once you're outside city limits, no city inspector is going to look at the work. In the unincorporated parts of Lee, Milam, Burleson, Fayette and Washington counties, there's usually no plumbing permit pulled and no inspection at all.
That makes the plumber's state license the only real protection a homeowner has. Texas law requires a plumbing company to put its master plumber's license number in its advertising. JK Ranch's is M-47091 — on this site, on the truck, and on every proposal.

Jacob and Julie
Jacob Pryor is the Responsible Master Plumber. He answers the phone and he does the work. He's been plumbing since he got out of high school, a little over ten years. Julie Korenek handles the office, the books and the marketing.
The name comes from Julie's initials, plus "Ranch" because of where they're from. What they care about is honest work done right — family, faith, hard work, and treating every customer's home like it's their own.
