How we schedule
Close in, most jobs get handled same day, next day at the latest. Mid range, same day where the schedule allows, otherwise next day. Further out, normally next day or the day after.
An emergency — a burst line, a sewer backing up into the house, no water at all — gets moved ahead of routine work no matter which band it's in. A new-construction estimate can reasonably wait. Whatever the call, you'll get a real arrival window on the phone.

Inside a city's limits, the city building department is the permit authority. Out in the unincorporated parts of these rural counties, there's usually no plumbing permit and no inspection at all. That makes the plumber's state license the only real check on the work.
JK Ranch pulls whatever permit the jurisdiction requires. Where none is required, the work is still done to code and to the same standard.
