JK Ranch Plumbing takes your information seriously and keeps it simple. This page says what is collected through this website, how it is used, and who it is shared with. If you have a question about any of it, call or email and Jacob or Julie will explain it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, city or town, property type, a description of the issue you are having, and a photo of the problem. When you call, Jacob may write down the same kind of information so he can remember your job and call you back about it.

How it is used

That information is used to respond to your request, give you an estimate, schedule the work, and follow up about the job. It is not used for anything else. JK Ranch does not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Text messaging

If you tick the SMS consent box on a request form, you agree to receive text messages from JK Ranch Plumbing about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, and reply HELP for help. If you do not tick that box, you will not receive texts from JK Ranch about your request.

Email opt-out

If you receive an email from JK Ranch and do not want to, reply to it or call and ask to be taken off the list. JK Ranch will stop emailing you about that request.

Who information is shared with

Your information is shared with the service providers JK Ranch uses to run this website and to send communications — hosting, form handling, and the like — and with nobody else. JK Ranch does not sell your personal information. It is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic function and may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used in general — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. That information is aggregated and is not tied to your name or your job. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

JK Ranch keeps your information for as long as is needed to do the work and respond to you, and for a reasonable time afterward in case a question comes up about the job. It is not kept longer than is useful.

Security

JK Ranch takes reasonable steps to protect your information and does not share it beyond what is described here. No method of storing information is perfectly secure, and JK Ranch does not promise absolute security. If a breach were to occur, JK Ranch would tell you what happened.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and JK Ranch does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, call or email and JK Ranch will remove it.

Texas residents' rights

As a Texas resident, you may ask JK Ranch what information it holds about you, and you may ask that it be deleted. To make that request, call (979) 206-0888 or email info@jkranchplumbing.com. JK Ranch will respond and take care of it.

JK Ranch may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
